After-sales Service Details
1. Pre-sale service
Before signing the contract, Aimix provides free technical consultation and recommendation about equipment configuration;
After the contract comes into force, it is guaranteed to provide a full set of tendering equipment during the delivery period and provide a full set of technical information;
Arranging technical staff to plan site layout and guide the operation of equipment; Cooperating with users to make feasible installation and commissioning plan.
2. On-sale service
Ensure that the performance of the product conforms to the factory design standards, and deliver the complete set of equipment to the designated place in strict accordance with the time required by the contract;
Our company will arrange professional installation and commissioning team headed by engineers to complete the installation and commissioning of equipment on schedule with high quality and efficiency;
Teach and train the operation and maintenance of equipment, explain application and maintenance methods until fully mastered; Answer all question and provide technical support at any time to ensure efficient operation of machine;
Have the training course for operation and maintenance personnel regularly every year, and be responsible for handling the work permit for operation and maintenance of personnel;
Provide spare parts and tools free of charge
3. After-sale service
After equipment installation and debugging, the whole machine is put into trial operation;
The warranty period of the equipment is one year. During the warranty period, Aimix Group will provide free after-sales service. If the parts are damaged due to the processing and assembly quality of the products or the quality problems of the standard parts purchased by our company, we will replace them free of charge;
We have perfect after-sales service system. When using the equipment, if there is something wrong with machine, you need contact us timely. We have overseas warehouse so that the spare parts can be delivered to you earlier. Besides, if necessary, we can arrange our engineer to repair the equipment; More importantly, we have built three LBS(Location Based Service) overseas, including Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Philippines. Now Aimix is trying to establish 50 offices in the world. The offices are available in these countries: Pakistan,Uzbekistan, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc. Therefore, it is more convenient for after-sale service;
